| You may use a manufactured hand- or foot-operated front-wheel brake
system, in addition to a manufactured rear brake system, by adding ten (10)
pounds to the specified class weight, in all classes EXCEPT: KID KARTS,
JUNIOR SPORTSMAN, Rotax Challenge Race classes (excluding the DD2 class) and TAG JUNIOR. Exemptions will be issued if
medically required. |
| IKS has no maximum or minimum heights requirements, however all karts are subject to safety
tech based on the race venue. |
| IKS requires you to have your number displayed on 4 sides of the kart. |
| IKS requires you to mount your transponder behind the front wheels. |
| IKS requires all ballast to be white and securely mounted to the
chassis or seat. Two bolts with either double nuts, safety wired or pinned
is recommended. |
| IKS can and will revise the Chassis Tech to ensure fair and impartial
treatment to all associates. |
